Shoshone Falls

I had a great time painting Shoshone Falls for my friend, Lori.  She and I met as freshman roomates at BYU a loooooong time ago. I loved learning how to do the water.  I worked from photographs for this painting, but I hope someday I can see this in person.

    I love the splashing water. It looks so real. I didn't get to see the final product so I am glad you posted it. What a wonderful thing you have done to learn to paint. Never thought our family would have an artist. I guess anyone could be an artist if they just up and learned to put the brush to paper.
